We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return cosmetic items purchased from our online store in the UAE.

General Return Policy:

• You can return most new, unopened items sold by Health Wealth within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions:

• Items damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return and exchange or refund.
